In a boat at mid-sea, many are no more but a small Sri Lankan boy is found by a fisherman from Tamil Nadu who brings him to India. This little boy`s character has been played by Vishnu. `Neer Paravai` essentially follows the life of fishermen who dwell in the coastal villages in Tamil Nadu.
